Software Release Engineer (m/w/d)

What we need
Technical Skills
- Experience with Git
- Experience to define all the steps required to release software—from how the software is stored in the source code repository, to build rules for compilation, how to testing, packaging, and deployment are conducted
- Experience in automating those steps in a build pipeline to have reliable releases
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Collaborate with developers/testers/security/operations to get our product from code to production
- Develop strategies for pushing out releases without interrupting running services
- Promote and enable shifting-left as much as possible
- Analyze and troubleshoot build/deployment-related issues
- Maintaining and monitoring the automated build pipeline
- Perform user administration, troubleshooting, and trouble ticket administration
Additional helpful skills
- Experience in System Monitoring Environments (e.g. PRTG, Elastic)
- Experience in usage and management database management systems (e.g. Database technologies like Postgres, MongoDB)
- Experience with Ansible
- Customer-focused thinking
Languages
- English (Professional Level)
- German (Not mandatory)
